- Tax Assessor’s Office
– Title for your new vehicle (comes by mail)
-Bill of Sale from seller
- Visit the Arkansas State Revenue Office with the following:
-Title for your new vehicle (comes by mail)
-Bill of Sale from seller
-Odometer Disclosure Statement from seller
-Proof of insurance coverage
-Proof of Tax Assessment for current year
-Proof of personal property taxes paid for last year due
-If transferring tag, show current registration (yellow) or license plate number #
-Lien contract on your new vehicle if financed
